Murder Mystery Workshop - 11 October 2014
We are planning to run some murder mystery dinners, so we have engaged David Charteris to host a workshop for us on Saturday 11 October. The aim of the workshop is to provide us with the skills to run murder mysteries. David is ideally suited to help us, as he has won a NZ Innovative Tourism Award for his murder mysteries.
The workshop will be scheduled as follows:
10am Introductions and background
10:30am The basics of running a murder mystery
Introduction to the proposed mystery
12:30pm Lunch
1:30pm Plot and character development, with each participant developing one character
By the end of the day, we expect to have a performable murder mystery and a cast who will be able to make it work. We expect that the participants will appear in the murder mystery dinners in 2015.
