Raj Singh

Raj was encouraged by a friend to get on stage in early 2013. Despite having no formal training, he still manages to get excellent reviews for his performances. He has been a part of the “Short+Sweet” Theatre and a regular with the Indian theatre group Prayas.
Some of his notable performances include Rudali, Charandas Chor and A Fine Balance. Raj is motivated, committed, disciplined and, most importantly, always in “student” mode. Indian born and a proud Kiwi, he brings diversity to the cast and represents minority Kiwis exceptionally well on the theatre and film canvas.
