
| David last appeared at Stables as Andrew in 'Communication', which he wrote for the AMI Ellerslie One Act Play Festival in 2009. 'Communication' is being made into a short film. Prior to that he played The Vicar in 'Where There's A Will', a role for which David has been nominated for an ACCT award. He has designed 'The History Boys'. David played Brendan in ‘The Weir’, also directed by Des Smith and designed by David. 'The Weir' won ACTT's best set design for 2007. He has also designed for Mairangi Players and Howick Little Theatre. His set for 'Mammals' at HLT is up at the same time as the set for 'The History Boys' at ETS. David is the treasurer of TAPAC, The Auckland Performing Arts Centre at Western Springs, and is on the executive committee of the Performing Arts School of NZ. |
