Jocelyn McQuaid
| In a theatrical career, of over 60 years, Jocelyn has worked with drama groups in Wellington, Lower Hutt, Timaru, Christchurch, Hastings and Auckland. A Life Member of Mairangi Players she acted and directed plays for them for 30+ years. The opportunity to play one of the theatre’s greatest actresses was not one to pass up. Jocelyn says “Mrs Patrick Campbell is a battleship in full rig and a joy to play – the lovely costumes also help”. This is the third grande dame Jocelyn has played for ETS – Mabel in The Reluctant Debutante and Lady Bracknell in The Importance of Being Earnest. Type casting? Why Not! |
