Coben Storer

I arrived back in the country to finish my Bachelor of Arts degree in Film and Television two years ago. After completing it I took the unorthodox route and decided to be an extra as writing and directing was my first passion. Even though these two areas of the arts are still my passion I never intended on being in front of the camera. But being an extra and landing my first job being on Outrageous Fortune as a 'policeman' having Antony Starr yell expletives at me gave me the so much enjoyment I caught the bug. I put in the hard yards and through meeting certain people I managed to enrol in Vicky Yiannoutsos' Screen Acting classes all through 2010. By gaining an agent and B&M Creative Artists I also managed to be accepted into Peter Feeney's Actor's Lab workshop. These things led me to audition for the role of Raul in the Ellerslie Theatre Production of Extremeties where I was lucky enough to land the part! This is my first theatre part and it is definitely a challeging part but I'm excited and privileged to work with such a talented cast and crew, and I hope I can do it justice.
